If you just wish to host Dungeon master, with only yourself as an admin, use these compiled files here: http://dungeonmaster.murrawhip.net/OpenSource0.1.zip

As you probably have heard, Ginseng has released the source to Dungeonmaster.

Some people are upset by this, and I'd just like to let you know how I believe the release is a good thing.
DM development was slowing to a halt; I haven't joined a DM game for a long time and upon doing so today, I was presented with the exact same game. With the release of the source there will be competition. This is good competition. It will motivate developers to work their hardest to get the game as good as it can be. This obviously results in a better game for you, the players.

In terms of obtaining the released source, I asked Ginseng to remove the link from the hub so that I could distribute the source here with some form of organisation attached.

Developers, I beg of you to comply with this simple request:
Please change your world/status to match/be similar to "Unknown's Mod - Version 0.1". So for example my version might be "Murrawhip's Mod - Version 1.9".
To change the status, search for "//MOOCOW" in the source. It should bring you right to the applicable line you need to change.

I have made a couple of changes in this released source:

-Wav files and BMP files have been converted to their more RSC-friendly counterparts.
-All admins have been removed except for Ginseng, and the host will automatically get admin now.
-The map is now compiled correctly and is less than 2MB in size, instead of nearly 8MB like it was.

I remind you of Ginseng's request that you do not publish a new hub entry for your mod of DM.

The source can be downloaded here: http://dungeonmaster.murrawhip.net/Cave_Crawlers_src.zip
